Leadership Team
Praby leads agencyEZ with a vision to empower every stakeholder in the benefits ecosystem. He is the principal architect of HITF, agencyEZ’s core engineering platform, designed for development productivity 8–10x faster than typical environments. Before founding agencyEZ, he grew hCentive 10x in 3.5 years as SVP and Head of Products and held leadership roles at Wipro Healthcare, Deloitte, CSC, and Converge. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Sri oversees the development of agencyEZ’s suite of applications on the HITF platform. With experience at Salesforce Commerce Cloud and leading engineering teams at Pega Systems, Nokia Communications, and more, she ensures the platform evolves reliably and securely. Sri holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University.
JJ brings 18+ years of insurance industry experience, spanning sales, operations, and customer success. She focuses on building meaningful relationships, troubleshooting complex issues, and enhancing channel partner billing systems to provide a smoother client experience.
Paul builds and nurtures relationships with regional and national brokers. With 20+ years in employee benefits and technology, he educates and supports broker partners while understanding the evolving needs of their clients.
Steve strengthens partnerships with insurance carriers and aligns agencyEZ technology with carrier strategies. With a decade in benefits technology and a background in wellness platforms and decision support, he ensures innovative solutions reach clients effectively.
Laura helps clients maximize the platform’s value through thoughtful guidance and proactive support. With 10+ years in employee benefits, she brings hands-on experience in administration and consulting, ensuring clients streamline processes and improve outcomes.
